Our UTVs are tagged and can be driven on 2 lane roads with a speed limit of 55 mph or less and 4 lane roads with a speed limit of 35 mph or less. The Blue Ridge Parkway, Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Tennessee and more can be accessed from our location on a UTV. You cannot drive ANY UTVs on highways in North Carolina, it is dangerous and illegal. We see other renters pulled over all the time on the highway. 

Yes! We encourage it. We have GPS pins that will take you to the trails.  

Absolutely! We love pets, and welcome them along.

Polaris Slingshots can be driven on any paved road that is legal for passenger vehicles. 

Sure! No problem

Layers! It is much cooler when driving down the road in an open-air vehicle.  Other things to consider.....ponchos, sunscreen, bug spray, water, sunglasses, and phone chargers. 

You must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license. No accompanying minors unless driver is 25 or older.  *A FULLY REFUNDABLE $500 HOLD, WILL BE PLACED UNTIL THE COMPLETION OF ALL RENTALS* ($1000 FOR 24HR RENTALS) Insurance policy information required for UTV rentals.

You will receive a full refund if cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to rental. You will receive a credit if cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to rental. No refunds or credit given if cancellation is less than 24 hours before rental. 

 Full refund if cancelled due to rain or snow within 48hrs

 Customers will receive a rain check (credit) to use at a future time if booking is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to rental due to rain.

**NO refunds or rain checks once customer has left the property with the rental**

Helmets are required and provided for Polaris Slingshot rentals as well as motorcycles. All other rentals are at your discretion. 

A late charge of $99 PLUS $99 per hour could be charged for rentals returned late. Alot of times there are reservations back-to-back.  Please try to be on time and courteous.

There is a $20 additional cost per extra driver.
